I successfully completed the ‘First Responder on Scene’ qualification in 2022 and am now an active First Responder.

My main job is working for West Midlands Ambulance Service in their control room as an EOC call taker and Mentor. It is through working here that I learnt about the Penkridge and District Community First Responder scheme.

Being very keen to work out ‘on the road’ it was a perfect opportunity for me to learn more skills and give back to the village and surrounding areas.
